Scott McCarty has been helping home buyers with their mortgage needs since 1999 after graduating from the University of Oregon. Prior to college, Scott was in the US Navy and traveled the world on the aircraft carrier, USS Carl Vinson. Scott’s passion over the last 24 years has been to help people achieve their dream of home ownership and that success is a result of having a great team behind him to help his clients through the process. Lenders today require quite a bit more documentation than they used to and being very thorough is a key to closing a loan transaction on time. Home buyers and people refinancing their homes can feel overwhelmed with the amount of paperwork but Scott helps reduce that burden through our online application portal which requires less documentation on our client’s part. This helps the process go smoother and faster resulting in happy customers.
